Ms Hope Wilton-Waddell

Associate Assistant Principal/SENCO

Ms Wilton holds a BSc in Biomedical Science from King’s College London and subsequently completed a master's degree in law. Her diverse academic background informs a meticulous approach to practice, grounded in data and strengthened by legal expertise.

Ms Wilton's career started via the Teach First Programme, through which she began teaching students in Bexley. Since then, she has been a Lead Practitioner for Science, Director of Science and STEM, and an Assistant Principal in North and East London. Now, as the Head of Inclusion and SENCO at Harris Riverside, she is driven by the HARI vision for all pupils with SEND:

“Students with SEND receive equitable access to high‑quality teaching, ambitious curricula, and bespoke support required to achieve scholarly success. Our teachers are committed to removing systemic barriers and empowering pupils through self‑advocacy and self‑awareness. We want HARI pupils to recognise their capacity to stretch beyond perceived limitations and pursue their goals audaciously."
